Our Story
Why Rapidus Exists
Rapidus was founded by people who had spent years working inside the freight industry — and who had seen, firsthand, the gap between what forwarders promised and what clients actually received. Missed updates. Unclear documentation. Handoffs between teams that nobody owned.
We started Rapidus to operate differently. Not by adding more technology on top of a broken process, but by rebuilding the process itself — with clear ownership, direct communication, and a single team responsible for the shipment from start to finish.
Strategically based in Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA), with direct access to one of the UAE's key air-cargo gateways. The location puts us close to UAE Customs and the main air freight corridors in and out of the UAE.
