Why We Are Building This

Most freight forwarders treat visibility as an afterthought — a tracking link sent after the fact, or a status update only when something goes wrong. We think that is the wrong way to operate.

The Rapidus client portal is being built as a core part of how we work, not an add-on. Every shipment we handle will be visible to the client in real time, with the same information our team is working from.

A clear timeline of every event in your shipment — booking confirmed, cargo received, customs cleared, out for delivery.

Each milestone is timestamped and logged. You can see the full history of a shipment at any point.

Document Access

All shipment documents in one place. Download your bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, customs declarations and certificates of origin.

Documents are uploaded as soon as they are issued. No more waiting for email attachments.

Inventory Visibility

For clients using our warehousing service, the portal shows current stock levels, inbound and outbound movements, and storage history.

Inventory data is updated in real time as goods move in and out of our DAFZA facility.

Quote History

Access your full quote and booking history. Review past shipments, reuse shipment details for new bookings, and track spend over time.

All quotes and bookings are stored and searchable. Useful for audits, reporting and repeat shipments.

Notifications

Opt-in alerts for key shipment events — customs cleared, cargo arrived, delivery confirmed. Sent by email or SMS.

You choose which events trigger a notification. No noise — only the updates that matter to you.
